Sadly they often get very wet weather, has been rained off in the past, but this year is going to be Hot, Dry & Sunny

I must have gone to 20 enfield pageants but is it worth the fuel bill when theres lots of good localish events?

Like you I have been to at lease 20 Enfields as individual and club entrant, never had a bad one except the year it was rained off but the Autojumble still took place albeit a bit thin on the ground, at least you get to see different vehicles every year instead of the same group of vehicles at local events with the odd new resto now and again. I think many people will stay closer to home this season because of the fuel costs.
