does anybody know wot oil goes in a ford auto c4 gearbox ??? (dextron 2 or 3 or standard )

I think its Ford type F fluid, I wanted to use that in my auto for firmer shifts.
I ended up with Comma AQF which is for old fords etc, do some research first scratch
I have been using it for 2 years, no problems yet thumb
