14th and 15th of april

stonham barns hotrod weekend from 6pm friday till sunday ,sunday shows day is pre 73 horods and customs but other american and special intrsest custom hotrod and mussel cars ,will not b turned away

I may give this one a look Baz, not my usual type of show but its only up the road Lots of quiffs, braces, polkadots and dungerees. Not a thong in sight

look its talk like that ,that will make me join the haverhill modern classic car club or the HMCCC as they are called

who else is going to this ,it says that all trade stands are free ,ime gonna go on sunday ,it says £10 ,dont know if that means public or per car or per person ,but its just me and if its a mini nashinols i dont mind

If the weather is good, I might go. I hope it isnt £10 per person, my missus gets embarrassed when I turn around and drive out

well the weather was weird ,i saw triggar and buick and fats and fins and wrecker ,and again wrecker won a trophy ,not a bad turn out i think it was a little unnder advertised as in lack of public ,only seemed to be the car owners , some nice cars there

For a first time event it was ok considering the weather.
Quite a few traders didnt show up, probably a good call on their part. The fair didnt seem to be doing much as not many kids were there and for some reason you could count the post 73 cars on your fingers, separate entrance for pedestrians would have been nice and a bit more marshalling. All in all we enjoyed the day

Bloody good turnout on the Yank / Classic / Hot Rod scene heard that there were traders not with their stalls just walking about susing it out for next time, also saw a few people not come in cause of the £10.00 each entrance fee, maybe this could be changed to £10.00 per car ? like per car at Trinity ? liked all the bits taken from other shows / weekenders i.e oval, fayre e.t.c. Last but not least Congratulations to me old mucker Wrecker on another bit of silverware well deserved .

I was one of the tight arses that went in my daily driver, entry fee the same doh

trigger did the same went in the mk3 ,thought it would be cheaper on foot ,then found out he could of took his car in any way lol

hi pete get the yank out and have fun. i do think £10 each was a bit over the top.lets hope it gets bigger next year.
